My ancestors were, I believe from the New forest, predominantly from Boldre, Lymington and Beaulieu and Brockenhurst. The Main Surname was Rowe (Row or Roe). I know many were from these villages but I am mainly interested in my direct grandparents. I would be eternally grateful if anyone knows any history of them, in particular I would like to know where they are buried and if they have plot numbers, headstones etc so that I may visit them.
Elizabeth Maynard died aged 90 in 1872 and her headstone is the 1st one you see as you walk through the gate in Boldre churchyard. Is this John the Baptist Church? I would love it if someone was able to take a photo of this and post it on here or send to me privately.
